Philosophy of psychotherapy
What I offer as part of the services here at Cú Chulainn is a non judgmental supportive space to explore what is holding clients back, to give meaning to past experiences and help clients move forward in a positive way. My aim is to empower clients to uncover the strength which we all have within us and ultimately to move forward in living a fuller, happier life. Healing my own traumas and the shadows of past experiences, gives me in-depth unique insight as a psychotherapist, which you can read about on Cú Chulainn's facebook page.
