Take a moment from this cold and beautiful autumn day to reflect on your thought process.
Are some of your thoughts leaning towards negativity?
If so, ask yourself the few questions below and if the answer is no then let them go and change the focus of attention onto something positive.
The more we challenge our thinking like this, the more we can learn to live in the present and let go of anxiety and low mood. We have great power over our mind and well-being if we have self awareness.
Engaging in therapy one can learn to let go of the weight of the past, learn to focus on their power in the here and now with various different therapeutic techniques from CBT to mindfulness, meditation and beyond.
