All parts of you are welcome to this ceremony, the messy, the beautiful, the wild, the rage, the pain, the love... all of you  is welcome to this space to connect with yourself and others in a beautiful healing ceremony held by the elements 🌿

🌹Ceremonial Cacao is a beautiful heart opening plant, it is a really gentle medicine and can really support people to connect with the heart space and heal🫀❤️

I will facilitate a talk on Shadow Work, what it means to transcend and alchemise your shadow to light and power 💫

We will be working with Golden Light ✨️ and the healing energy to anchor into our energy fields and our bodies that incredible healing light to support our ascension🔥

We will dance by the water and really allow ourselves to be free in the elements 💃

We will assemble at Glenbarrow Carpark at 6pm and hike to the waterfall, where we will hold the ceremony

Please wear suitable clothing and footwear and swimming togs for optional swim in the waterfall.

Please bring a blanket and yoga mat and a mug for your cacao🐉
